Lavender Relax in a Jar Bath Salts
Lavender will help soothe and restore calm in your body and mind. Dead sea salts are full of magnesium which can help with sleep as well as aches and pains. Epsom salts can help reduce stress and relax the body. Soak for at least 20 mins. Pat skin dry when you get out of the tub, do not rub.
Ingredients: Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender), Epsom Salt, Himalayan Salts, Fractionated Coconut Oil. Jasmine, Chamomile, Rose and Calendula flower petals.
